The MayDay Rooms and PageMasters Print Residency for young people is back!

After a successful first year, we are back with a bigger, fully funded seven-month programme exploring radical print culture, ecological direct action, and DIY publishing. Last year’s cohort had the opportunity to share their work publicly at the Tate Modern, showcasing the creative outcomes of the residency.

Participants will spend time in the archive at MayDay Rooms, uncovering histories of protest and digging through political ephemera, from pamphlets and posters to underground newspapers and zines. You will use this research to develop your own work through studio days, field trips, and self-directed projects. The residency will culminate in a public launch of the work created by the group.

No prior publishing experience is required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and levels of experience, however you must be aged between 18–25.

DEADLINE: 4th MARCH AT 23:59
