CARAT: Afrika In Debt Bondage

The CAFA Archival Resources Action Team (CARAT), in collaboration with the All-Afrikan Networking Community Link for International Development (AANCLID), extends this special invitation to you to join us from 6pm to 10 pm on Friday, 13th November 2015 for a Consultative Dialogue on the theme “AFRIKA IN DEBT BONDAGE: A Global Justice Matter of Freedomfighting Reparations Action Learning for Afrikan Heritage Communities and Allies”. Guest Speaker: Bernard Anaba, Economic Justice Policy Analyst, Integrated Social Development Centre (ISODEC), Accra, Ghana.
A PARCOE/AANCLID Presentation on “Counteracting from Britain the Debt Bondage of Afrikans to Stop the Maangamizi” will kick-start discussions for an interactive consultative dialogue on the theme. The occasion will also serve as an introduction to the Archival Collection of Documents, Photos, Posters, Artefacts and Videos of the Jubilee 2000 AFRICAMPAIGN and its related activities which CARAT is helping to collate for inclusion in the MDR Archives.
