Futures Social

An ongoing discussion about the possibilities of social change. This is open for people interested in radical social change. We are interested in how they might look at current events as signs (or not) of change or a assess historical events in terms of the movement to or suppression of change.
We are not interested in people who wasn’t to recruit. These are to be open discussions with different viewpoints, certainly.
In order to get the discussion off the ground, we have set up two meetings already:
1. William Dixon will talk about Paul Mason’s new book ‘Postcapitalism’
2. M.E will talk about the Kurdish enclave and about hopes some have that this is an experiment in social change.
We have some other talks in mind…But we are in the process of planning them and we believe some people may have other suggestions. Some discussion could precede and follow the first meeting.
